Christy Noone

Christy began her career in Central Florida as a dance teacher and professional dancer performing for theme parks, production companies, then traveling the world as a dancer aboard NCL cruise ships. After graduating from UCF with a degree in Arts Education, she spent ten years teaching Visual Arts and Performing Arts for OCPS. During this time she taught dance, barre, Yoga, and various fitness classes throughout Orlando, Florida. She is proud to be one of the first barre teachers in Central Florida and not surprised by its enormous popularity today. After taking a few years off to stay home with her 2 daughters, she is more than ready to introduce a refreshing take on barre. Christy created BAM to provide an optimal space to nurture physical and emotional strength that too often gets lost when we are all busy “adulting.” As a woman and mother of two girls, she is aware of the demands of life and the essential need to find balance, strength, and feel connected to community.

Christy is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Aerial Yoga instructor.
