Barre fitness is low impact, yet highly effective, making it an ideal fitness choice for any age at any level.
18 Yr. old and up
16-17 Yr. old must have signed permission from a parent
12-15 Yr. old welcome if accompanied by a guardian
WHAT MUSCLES WILL YOU WORK?
Barre fitness is a full body workout. You should feel its effects everywhere, but primarily the core, arms, seat, and thighs will be screaming, “WHAT JUST HAPPENED (and THANK YOU)!” It works muscles that are often neglected so if you are a newbie, be patient with your muscles new repertoire of shaking and quaking.
NEW TO WORKING OUT, GETTING OVER AN INJURY?
We ENCOURAGE and welcome modifications. Please be sure to inform your teacher about existing injuries BEFORE CLASS. We are sensitive to your needs as a client. Remember, it is called a class for a reason. It is our job to offer you an effective, safe, and rewarding experience based on your individual needs.
CONSISTENCY + EFFICIENCY= BEST RESULTS
