BAM BARRE

BAM-BODY AND MIND AT THE BARRE.

BAM is a full body workout grounded heavily in dance; blending pilates, and yoga to create a sculpted, lean, and elongated physique. This low impact and fat burning workout is highly effective in transforming your body by building muscle tone while increasing flexibility. BAM infuses traditional barre exercises with high energy dance elements, keeping you challenged, yet positively encouraged to keep moving.  

YOGALATES

“East meets West” in this perfectly blended class melding Yoga and Pilates. You can expect Yoga’s Body And Mind awareness, focus on flexibility, strength and stability, combined with Pilates emphasis on building a strong foundation and postural alignment. Our Yogalates soothing sounds and dynamic exercises will tone up your fitness routine and clear your mind.

BAM BLAST

Bam Blast is a 50 minute full body amped up barre class. This energizing class requires clients to move quickly from one movement to the next, challenging both the Body And Mind. Add this cardio workout to your regular barre schedule and take your fitness repertoire to the next level.  

*Prerequisite: 10 bam barre class minimum and staff approval required. Client must have body awareness and knowledge of modifications.
